Transferring to UC Davis from a community college or four-year institution has become a popular path to obtaining a university degree. We welcome transfer applicants from all schools, though we give priority to transfers from California community colleges.

August 1

Start your application on August 1 for admission the following year.

September 1–30
Submit the TAG application via the UC Transfer Admission Planner.

October 1–May 2
Apply for financial aid at studentaid.gov or dream.csac.ca.gov.

October 1–December 2
The application filing period is October 1–December 2 for admission the following year.
